FOOTSW SETTING

In the footswitch mode (FSW MODE) settings, you can choose how to operate the effects based on how you use them.

Assigns the functions for the [É/1] and [Ç/2] switches when the footswitch mode is MEMORY MODE.

É&Ç SW

OFF, MEM/MAN

Toggles the function that’s used when you press the [É/1] and [Ç/2] switches at the same time on/off.

  • Refer to “Disabling simultaneous pressing of the footswitches” in the “EX-4 Reference Manual”

FSW MODE

MEMORY

(Memory mode)

This mode lets you recall and use the memories that are saved in the unit.

Press the [É/1] switch to switch to the previous memory, and press the [Ç/2] switch to switch to the next memory.

  • You can also assign different functions to the [É/1] and [Ç/2] switches.

MANUAL

(Manual mode)

This mode lets you use the [É/1] and [Ç/2] switches to control the effect blocks.

Pressing the [É/1] switch toggles the FX1 block on/off, and pressing the [Ç/2] switch toggles the FX2 block on/off.

  • You can also assign different functions to the [É/1] and [Ç/2] switches.
