If pairing doesn’t work

Try steps 1–4 as shown below.

  1. Make sure that the piano’s Bluetooth function is “On”.
  2. Press the A0 key while holding down the [Ĉ] button.
  3. The piano’s Bluetooth function turns on.
  4. Quit all apps on your mobile device.
  5. Closing the app
  6. Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen, stopping your finger around the middle of the screen. Next, swipe the app screen up. Next, swipe the app screen up.
  7. The method for closing apps may differ depending on your mobile device. Use the method that’s appropriate for your device to close the apps.
  8. If already paired, cancel pairing, and turn off the Bluetooth function
  9. Clearing the pairing
  10. In the mobile device’s screen, tap the “i” located beside “Connected”, and tap “Forget This Device”.
  11. Turn the Bluetooth switch off.
  12. Start pairing again from step 1 in pairing.
