Problem	What to check and do
The unit doesn’t charge even when I connect it to a USB AC adaptor.	Check whether the USB AC adaptor can deliver at least 5 V/2 A of power output.
The unit doesn’t run for very long on battery power (while not supplied power from a USB AC adaptor).	The battery may have been excessively discharged. Try doing a “refresh recharge”. How to perform a refresh recharge Turn this unit off. Charge the unit with a commercially available USB AC adaptor (at least 5 V/2 A). Disconnect the USB AC adaptor after charging is complete. Turn on this unit and then let it run on battery power all the way until fully discharged. Repeat steps 1–4 several times. The battery’s performance may not fully recover after you recharge the battery only once following excessive discharge. Although the battery performance does recover after refresh recharging, this does not restore the battery’s original performance.
“KATANA-MINI X” is not shown on the display of the mobile device you want to pair with this unit. However, it does appear on other mobile devices.	Cycle the power of the mobile device you want to use.
