Initializing the settings (pairing)
In order to connect your mobile device to this piano via Bluetooth, you must “pair” them by registering the piano on your mobile device so that the two devices can authenticate with each other.
This example shows how to configure the settings for iOS/iPadOS devices. If you are using an Android device, refer to the instructions for settings in the owner’s manual that came with your mobile device.
- Once a mobile device has been paired with the piano, there is no need to pair again. Refer to the steps in “Connecting an Already-Paired Mobile Device”.
- Place the mobile device that you want to connect near the piano.
- Press the F7 key while holding down the [Ċ] (Ġ) button.
- The [Ċ] (Ġ) button blinks. All other buttons go dark.
- If you decide to cancel pairing, press either the [ģ], [ó], [ò] or [Ċ] button.
- Activate Bluetooth in the settings of your mobile device.
- Tap “KF-20/KF-25 Audio”, shown on the Bluetooth device screen of your mobile device.
- This pairs the instrument with your mobile device. When pairing is completed, information similar to the following is shown.
