If you can’t connect

If you’re having trouble pairing this instrument with the app, try the steps below.

  1. Make sure that the piano’s Bluetooth function is “On”.
  2. Press the G7 key while holding down the [Ċ] (Ġ) button.
  3. The piano’s Bluetooth function turns on.
  4. Quit all apps on your mobile device.
  5. How to close apps
  6. Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen, stopping your finger around the middle of the screen. Next, swipe the app screen up.
  7. The method for closing apps may differ depending on your mobile device. Use the method that’s appropriate for your device to close the apps.
  8. If already paired, cancel the pairing and turn off Bluetooth on your mobile device.
  9. How to remove the pairing
  10. In the mobile device’s screen, tap the “i” located next to “Connected”, and tap “Forget This Device”.
  11. Turn the Bluetooth switch off.
  12. Start pairing again from step 1.
