Returning to the factory settings (factory reset)

You can restore the settings of this instrument to their factory settings. This function is called “factory reset”.

NOTE

When you perform a factory reset, all settings are initialized, and the songs recorded in internal memory are erased.

  1. Turn off the power.
  2. Turn on the power while holding down the [Ċ] button, and keep holding down the [Ċ] button for around five seconds.
  3. When the [Ċ] button blinks and the other buttons light up, release your finger.
  4. If you want to cancel, press any button besides the [Ċ] button.
  5. Press the [Ċ] button.
  6. While a factory reset is in progress, the [Ċ] button blinks and the other buttons go dark.
  7. Don’t turn off the power while the factory reset is in progress.
  8. Once the operation is finished, all buttons blink.
  9. Turn the power off, then on again.
