Controller (Parameter name) | Value | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
[FREQ] slider (Cutoff Frequency) | 0–127 | Sets the frequency at which the filter that is applied to the frequency components of the waveform begins to take effect (the cutoff frequency). Lowering the cutoff frequency reduces the number of higher harmonics, which creates a mellower sound. Larger values make the sound brighter. |
[RES] slider (Resonance) | 0–127 | Emphasizes the portion of the sound in the region of the cutoff frequency, adding character to the sound. Excessively high settings can produce oscillation, causing the sound to distort. |
[ENV] slider (Filter Env Depth) | 0–+63 | Sets the depth of the filter envelope. Larger values produce a greater change in the filter envelope.
|
[LFO] slider (LFO Filter Depth) | 0–+100 | Sets how much the LFO is applied to the cutoff frequency.
|
[DRIVE] switch (Filter Drive) | 0–3 | Adjusts the amount of distortion within the filter. |
[HPF] knob (HPF Cutoff) | 0–127 | Specifies the cutoff frequency of the -6 dB high-pass filter. |
[TYPE] button (Filter Type) | LP.12, LP.24, bP.12, bP.24, HP.12, HP.24, LP. r, LP. N, LP. S | Selects the type of filter. (Press the [TYPE] button and use the [VALUE] knob or the [1]–[9] buttons to select the type.) “LP. r”, “LP. N” and “LP. S” are types that simulate the changes that occur in the LPFs of three models of vintage analog synthesizers.
|
[KYBD] knob (Cutoff Keyfollow) | 0–+200 | Set this to make the cutoff frequency change according to the keys you play.
