Deleting knob operations recorded in a step

Here’s how to delete the knob operations recorded using the steps in “Recording knob movement in steps (motions)”.

The recorded knob values can be deleted for each step.

  1. Press the [ó] button.
  2. Now you can edit the notes in the steps.
  3. St.” and the step number to be edited are shown in the display.
  4. Use the [TEMPO/VALUE] knob to select the step containing the motion data to delete.
  5. Press the [OCT-] (MOTION) button while holding down the [SHIFT] button.
  6. CLr.÷” blinks in the display.
  7. Press the [C´] (ENTER) button.
  8. All of the knob operation data in the specified step is deleted.
  9. To cancel the operation, press the [C] (EXIT) button.

MEMO

You can also specify a certain type of motion that you want to delete.

  1. After step 3, turn the knob ([PITCH][LEVEL] knobs) corresponding to the motion you want to delete.
  2. If the motion you specified is recorded in the step, “CLr” is shown, and the specified motions are deleted.
  3. If the motion you specified isn’t in the step, “nonE” is shown.
  4. Press the [C] (EXIT) button.
