Copying a pattern to increase the length

This shows how to copy a pattern, doubling the length of the current pattern.

This operation is the same as “Copying all steps to double the length”.

  1. Select the pattern that you want to lengthen.

  2. MEMO

    For details on how to select the pattern, refer to “Selecting a pattern”.

  3. Press the [ø] button while holding down the [SHIFT] button.
  4. Use the [TEMPO/VALUE] knob to select “dUPL” (Duplicate).
  5. Press the [C´] (ENTER) button.
  6. This copies the pattern and doubles its length.
