TW-1

The TW-1 controls the wah effect according to the strength of your picking, producing sounds that can’t be achieved just using pedal wah.

The wah sound can be changed from a deeper to a more shallow sound, and can be used on bass guitars or other instruments besides guitars.

Adjusts the intensity of the wah effect in respect to the input level.

Turn this clockwise to make the wah sound apply more strongly even when you pick softly.

  • The guitar volume changes according to the pickup sound, not only with the volume control. Adjust this to the optimum value according to your guitar and playing style.

DRIVE

DOWN, UP

Switches between different methods of tonal change.

The UP setting produces a wah effect when the filter opens in an upward frequency direction.

The DOWN setting produces a wah effect when the filter opens in an downward frequency direction.

PEAK

0–100

Adjusts the sound of the wah effect.

Turn the knob clockwise for a deeper effect, and counterclockwise for a shallower effect.

CTL1 TARGET

OFF, SENS, (DRIVE), PEAK

Selects the parameter to control from a footswitch connected to CTL1.

CTL1 MODE

MOMENT, TOGGLE

Selects the operation mode for the footswitch that’s connected to CTL1.

CTL1 VALUE

0–100, (DOWN, UP)

Sets the value for the parameter that’s controlled from a footswitch connected to CTL1.

  • The setting range is DOWN, UP only when you select “DRIVE” for CTL1 TARGET.

CTL2 TARGET

OFF, SENS, (DRIVE), PEAK

Selects the parameter to control from a footswitch connected to CTL2.

CTL2 MODE

MOMENT, TOGGLE

Selects the operation mode for the footswitch connected to CTL2.

CTL2 VALUE

0–100, (DOWN, UP)

Selects the value for the parameter that’s controlled from a footswitch connected to CTL2.

  • The setting range is DOWN, UP only when you select “DRIVE” for CTL2 TARGET.

EXP TARGET

OFF, SENS, PEAK

Sets the parameter controlled by an expression pedal connected to EXP.

EXP MIN

0–100

Sets the minimum value for the parameter controlled by an expression pedal connected to EXP.

EXP MAX

0–100

Sets the maximum value for the parameter controlled by an expression pedal connected to EXP.

PEDAL MODE

MOMENT, TOGGLE

Selects the operation mode for the pedal switch on the PX-1.

ACTION

OFFÓON, ONÓOFF

Sets how the pedal switch on this unit operates when PEDAL MODE is set to “MOMENT”.
