These parameters configure the pedal settings.

Parameter

Explanation

Pedal 1 Polarity

Selects the polarity of the pedals connected to the PEDAL CTRL 1, 2/L and 3/C jacks.

Some pedals work the opposite when the pedal is depressed or released. In this case, use the “REVERSE” setting.

Pedal 2 Polarity

Hold Pedal Polarity

Selects the polarity of the pedal connected to the HOLD/R jack.
Some pedals work the opposite when the pedal is depressed or released. In this case, use the “REVERSE” setting.

Continuous Hold Pedal

Set this to ON if you are connecting a damper pedal that supports half-pedaling. When you enable half-pedal support, you can adjust how much the sound rings out by pressing the damper pedal. This is effective when used with piano tones.
