Unpairing the V51 and DWe pads (unpairing)

Here’s how to unpair the V51 from the DWe pads.

  1. Access the DrumLink - HUB screen.
  2. Press one of the [F2] (BASIC)–[F4] (OPT/ADV) buttons.
  3. Press the [F5] (TOOLS) button to display the TOOLS window.
  4. Strike to select the DWe pad that you want to unpair.
  5. You can also select the DWe pad to configure by pressing the [ã] [â] buttons while holding down the [ENTER] button.
  6. Example: when DWe snare is selected
  8. Use the cursor buttons to select “UNPAIR”, and press the [ENTER] button.
  10. Use the cursor buttons to select “OK”, and press the [ENTER] button.
  11. After the message appears, strike the selected pad to unpair it.

MEMO

When the cursor is on a paired DWe pad in the DrumLink - HUB screen, you can also unpair the DWe pad by pressing [F6] (UNPAIR) while holding down the [SHIFT] button.
