Automatically loading Instrument Expansions and Kit Packs into the slots (Auto Slot Load)

This function is available from Ver.2.00.

This function automatically loads the Instrument Expansions and Kit Packs used in the drum kits into the slots when you switch drum kits. This is useful when you want to change the Instrument Expansions and Kit Packs used for each drum kit.

• You can switch the Auto Slot Load mode on and off in the INSTRUMENT EXPANSIONS / KIT PACKS - SLOT screen.
• When Instrument Expansions and Kit Packs are being loaded into the slots, any instruments that are producing a sound will be silenced. Hitting the pad will not trigger any sound until loading is complete.
• The Auto Slot Load mode is set to “ON” by factory default. If you update to Ver.2.00, this is set to “ON”.
• When Auto Slot Load mode is “ON”, the time to switch between the drum kits take longer because the Instrument Expansions and Kit Packs are being loaded into the slots. When the Auto Slot Load mode is “OFF”, the Instrument Expansions and Kit Packs used in the drum kits are not automatically loaded into the slots. If you don’t want to extend the drum kit switching time, set the Auto Slot Load mode to “OFF”.
• If you want to clear all of the slots, select “REMOVE ALL” by holding down the [SHIFT] button and pressing the [F6] button in the INSTRUMENT EXPANSIONS / KIT PACKS - SLOT screen.
