Selecting by striking the pad

To edit the settings for a pad, strike that pad to select it. To select the rim of a pad, strike the rim.

By pressing the [LOCK] button to make it light up, you can make the pad not switch to a different pad even if you strike it. This is useful if you’re playing a phrase while you set the pads.
