Receive preview video via USB
On compatible models (VR-120HD, VR-6HD, V-160HD, V-80HD) that support the preview function, you can display the video that’s input from the video switcher on a VenuSet preview button as a preview video.
To ensure that the preview video is displayed correctly, configure the settings by following the steps below.

Models that have Input-View use the Input-View (or Input-View 1) video to display the preview video.
- Assign the video sources you want to use for the 16 preview videos in the Input-View (Input-View 1 for models with multiple Input-Views).
- Set this by pressing the [MENU] button Ó “System” Ó “Input-View 1 Layout”.
- * In VenuSet, the preview videos are assigned to View 1–16 as shown below.
- Hide the tally frame, label, etc. of the video image in Input-View 1.

(This does not change the video assignment setting for USB output on the video switcher.)
- When VenuSet goes offline, the video assignment of the USB output changes to the assignment that’s set on the video switcher itself.
VR-6HD
- Make sure that the video source you want to display as the preview video is assigned to the VIDEO SWITCHER [1]–[6] buttons, and set the information you want to display in the VIDEO OUT dashboard, such as the clock and streaming/recording status.
- Videos that can be used as a preview source are the videos assigned to the VIDEO SWITCHER [1]–[6] buttons that are shown in Multi-View, as well as the information assigned to the two dashboards. By selecting a preview source from view 9 to view 16, you can view information such as video source, clock, and streaming/recording status.
