Connecting via USB
Connect the iPad directly to your video switcher (such as a Roland V-80HD) using a USB cable.
- Use the USB STREAM port on the video switcher for connecting to the iPad.
- Turn on the video switcher.
- Turn on the iPad and launch VenuSet.
- Tap the [status icon].
- If the app is already connected to a different video switcher or using a different connection method, the status icon may show “Online”.
- Tap the [USB] button.
- Tap to select the video switcher you want to connect to (for example, Roland V-80HD) from the list.
- When the status icon changes to “Online (USB)”, the connected is established.

When using the video monitoring function (USB monitor function), the iPad you use must meet the following requirements.
