Assigning the trigger input for the pad connected to the WT-10

Here’s how to set which trigger input to which the connected pad should be assigned.

The optimal assignments are already made when you first connect each pad. The following explains how to change the assigned destinations (assignments).

  1. On the TRIGGER - ADVANCED screen, press the [F4] (DrumLink) button.
  2. Press the [F2] (BASIC) button to display the DrumLink - TRIGGER BASIC screen.
  3. Strike to select the pad that you want to set.
  4. You can also use the cursor buttons to move the cursor to the position shown in the illustration, and use the [-] [+] buttons or the dial to select the pad to set.
  6. Use the cursor buttons to select the Assign parameter.
  8. Use the [-] [+] buttons or the dial to edit the trigger input assignment.
