Explanation

Renames the wave.

Waveform display area

[à] [á] [ã] [â]

Zooms the displayed waveform in/out.
Press the [RESET] button to display the entire waveform.

 Start

Sets the start point (the location at which the wave starts playing).
You can also set this by dragging the “S” indicator in the waveform display area with your mouse.

 Loop

Sets the loop point (the location at which the wave’s loop starts playing).
You can also set this by dragging the “L” indicator in the waveform display area with your mouse.

 End

Sets the end point (the location at which the wave stops playing).
You can also set this by dragging the “E” indicator in the waveform display area with your mouse.

 Wave Tag

Sets the tags.
You can set up to four tags.

 LOOP

Sets the loop for the wave preview.

 PREVIEW

Previews the wave that you’re editing.

 Level

Sets the wave volume.

 NORMALIZE

Adjusts the volume of waves that you sample (in cases such as when the waves sound quiet), so that the wave’s volume is maximized without distorting.

 TRUNCATE

Erases the parts of a wave that are outside of the range within which the wave sounds (using the start and end points).

 REVERSE

Creates a reversed version of the wave.

 COPY

Copies the wave.

 CLOSE

Closes the WAVE EDIT window.
